The Southern California Offshore Powerboat Elite (SCOPE) club is the premier offshore performance boating club in the Southern California area. With a strong local membership, the club is filled with fun-loving performance boaters that enjoy the event filled calendar, plus the safe and organized atmosphere that SCOPE is known for, including events for the whole family. 

Since SCOPE's inception almost 20 years ago, the club has focused on safe and fun events for the whole family. This site provides information on upcoming events, great highlights on past events, and it gives a common place for all performance boat lovers to enjoy.

Memorial Day Weekend - Dana Point

May 24 - 27: Memorial Day Weekend extravaganza! We've held events here in the past and they've been a hit. Sign up for dock space now and enjoy a great weekend of boating over Memorial Day!

Lake Mead Road Trip
June 13 - 16: Lake Mead Road Trip! This year, we're trying out Green Valley Ranch resort for accommodations. It should be a blast! Book your rooms and dock space now!!!
San Diego Trip
Sept 19 - 22: If you've never boated in San Diego harbor or Mission Bay, this is the trip for you. Great accommodations and a stellar itenerary including the opportunity to purchase Lynyrd Skynyrd tix for Thursday night! (pending availability)
Meet the 2013 SCOPE President
Each year the SCOPE Board of Directors elects a sucker to be the club president. This year it has elected  Lu Lyall to lead SCOPE into 2013! Lu is a long time board member and take-charge boater who has served as club president in numerous years past. Be sure to say hello to our new president if he doesn't find you first. Check back soon for Lu's Welcome Letter to members.
