Poker Run Meeting and Departure

The 2011 SCOPE Poker Run started with a 8:30am drivers meeting. This is where all the drivers meet up to listen to the rules, changes to the venue, mooring details, and hear all about how the poker run starts.

Two "starts" were done. First the "short course started and headed straight for Two Harbors Catalina. The second start about 10 minutes later was the "long course" which headed to Avalon Catalina for a card, then went on to Two Harbors. SCOPE had a helicopter running with both a still photographer and a videographer. We do the best we can to get all the boats but as you can imagine, it is very difficult to get all of them.
