members get together and go for some coastal runs outside the normal
S.C.O.P.E. schedule of events. This section highlights some of the trips
to Catalina Island, Long Beach and Newport. \Heres some of the pics of
Saturdays run....It was a great run, the weather was in the high 70's low
80's, a gaggle of people and 12 out of 20 boats showed. Water was smooth and
glassy. |

7-8th, 2004: BigCat Poker Runn (at the Delta, CA)
Some boatheads from SCOPE did a road
trip to the BigCat Poker Run. Many have heard about this run in the
beautiful Sacramento Delta area, but these folks figured they would
represent SoCal in the Norther California run!

March 7th, 2004:
Catalina Impromptu Run!
Fantastic weather on the weekend of
March 7th pushed a group of boaters out to Catalina to enjoy the beautiful
weather in nearly 80's temps. Water in the morning was perfect, and on the
way back, the wind had picked up and made for challenging run home.
