Awesome weather and water!
SCOPE invades San Diego!

The 2006 annual SCOPE San Diego trip was a big question mark this year. After year of doing the trip at the Lowes Spa and Resort.......we figured we would try a new location at the Manchester Grand Hyatt Resort in combination with the Marriott Marina (for slips). Well.....we ended up with another huge success.  About 11 boats participated in this years trip while others drove down or flew in for the fun and party. 

The agenda put together by BOD member Norton Alderson was smacked full with boating, cocktails, pool time, mini-concert, dinners, more cocktails and more boating. Once again Jeffrey Cheng arranged a last minute effort to eat at the Yardhouse our first night (almost achieving a baton award for that). The second night was Dick's Last Resort....a real eye-opener to Lu Lyalls favorite eating establishment, followed by a mini-concert over on Shelter Island.

On the last day....Saturday with relaxing by the pool, boating, and the hosted "Rock The Dock" cocktail party at our slips prior to dinner, we move to an excellent meal at Sally's! We all had a great time, like the new location  and look forward to next year's trip!
